Belly Dance
Belly Dancing is an expression of absolute femininity. Women of all ages, shapes and sizes have enjoyed this form of dance. Belly dance helps you see the beauty of being you. It opens up a pathway from your conscious self to your physical self. Taught in a relaxing atmosphere this class will let you experience belly dancing at a beginner level. Or for the more experienced dancer I also teach and intermediate/advanced class. My classes are designed to be low-impact, stimulating, and fun. This is an energizing cardiovascular workout . You will find that belly dancing will help tone areas such as hips, buns, and thighs as well as the abdomen, You will also find an improvement in posture leading to healthy backs. If you would like to try it and are in the Great Falls Montana area, my sessions go through every season.
